Before her career in real estate, Dana served as a Special Education Teacher with Stafford County Public Schools and a Behavior Specialist at Snowden at Fredericksburg. These roles shaped her patient, solutions-focused approach and her ability to guide families through complex and emotional decisions with calm reassurance and thoughtful strategy.

Dana also believes deeply in giving back to the community she serves. She is an active leader within Greater Piedmont Realtors, serving as Chair of the Good Neighbor Committee and as a 2026 Board Director. In 2024, she was honored with the President’s Award for her leadership and commitment to community outreach. For Dana, real estate is not just about homes — it’s about strengthening the community one family at a time.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Psychology from Liberty University, a background that supports both her strategic thinking and her people-first philosophy.
